By downloading, accessing, or using the SOLOPOS application (available via Google Play Store and Apple App Store) and its associated POS and inventory management services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue your use of the service immediately.
SOLOPOS provides point-of-sale software, inventory management, user analytics, and business reporting tools designed for small businesses. Our platform also includes optional integration with the WhatsApp Business API to facilitate automated receipt generation and improved customer communication.
You agree to use SOLOPOS only for lawful purposes. To maintain compliance with our ecosystem partners, including but not limited to Apple, Google, and WhatsApp, you explicitly agree not to use the suite for:
Any account found in violation of these conditions will face immediate suspension or permanent termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including usernames, passwords, and access protocols for your staff) and for all activities that safely occur under your business account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
SOLOPOS services are offered subject to setup fees and ongoing subscription payments. By selecting a pricing tier, you agree to pay all applicable fees listed on our platform. Subscription renewals are governed by our standard billing procedures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOLOPOS, its developers, and affiliates (Global Auto Systems) shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes without limitation any loss of profits, data, revenue, or business interruptions, whether incurred directly or indirectly as a result of using the software.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We agree to make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant modifications via an in-app popup or an email notification. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
